Just spoke to Phil Tremain who is one of the committee at Garth Court, and he indicated there is not a problem with having a pet in the flats as such, but to let the committee know. Apparently one flat owner has a cat, and his opinion as such was a "small" dog wouldn't be a problem, whereas perhaps a big alsatian would be a little different!!!---or perhaps with somebody having several dogs!!!
